Job summary

Westgate Resorts is hiring a Mortgage Title Processor (Deeding) to support Mortgage Banking operations by processing deeds, mortgage documents, title records, and related paperwork throughout the deeding and funding lifecycle.

You will work with lenders, attorneys, escrow agents, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate title processing, with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage banking, title processing, escrow, real estate documentation, or loan servicing preferred.
• Experience reviewing, researching, processing, or maintaining mortgage, title, deed, real estate documents is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, attorneys, title companies, escrow agents, custodians or financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and deeding batches to identify missing or incorrect documents.
• Prepare and process deeding, funding, mortgage, and ownership documents per procedures.
• Research and resolve document deficiencies and title issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys, custodians, lenders, escrow agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records, notes, and tracking information through the document lifecycle.
• Use ImageQuest and ServiceNow for document research and processing.
• Locate and verify deeds, mortgage documents, and other records.
• Process and maintain recorded legal document information.
• Support Quit Claim Deeds and other ownership-related docs.
• Track mortgage collateral and document movement between parties.
• Assist with collateral release and reassignment requests.
• Respond to document requests from internal and external partners promptly.
• Perform quality-control reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide status updates to leadership and assist with related filing and support.
