Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Mortgage Title Processor (Deeding) to manage deeds, mortgage docs, and title records throughout the deeding and funding lifecycle. This role involves working with lenders, attorneys, escrow agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing while upholding Westgate's standards.

The position requires 1–2 years in mortgage-related fields, a HS diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and strong attention to detail with excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in mortgage banking, title processing, escrow, or related admin role preferred.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, title companies, attorneys, escrow agents, or financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review deeding batches for missing or inaccurate documentation affecting deeding/funding timelines.
• Prepare and process deeding, funding, mortgage, and ownership documents per procedures.
• Research and resolve document deficiencies and title issues using internal systems and public records.
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, escrow agents, and internal teams to support processing.
• Monitor work to meet deeding, funding, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking throughout the document lifecycle.
• Use ImageQuest and ServiceNow to manage records and workflow.
