Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Pittsburgh, PA team. You will partner with Mortgage, Title, and Engineering to define requirements, translate needs into user stories, and support delivery and adoption of improvements.

You will help drive measurable value by leading stakeholder workshops, documenting processes, and supporting testing and rollout with a collaborative cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, turning business needs into clear next steps.
• Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, testing support, and change enablement.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery and collaboration tools is a plus.
• Education or equivalent experience relevant to business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Document processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support business goals.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders to gather needs and align priorities.
• Create process maps, scope notes, meeting summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Support delivery through reviews, testing, and rollout preparation, including AI-assisted work checks.
• Build relationships and communicate clearly to improve teams through measurable results.
