Job summary

First Heritage Mortgage is seeking an AI Product Analyst to drive the company’s AI initiatives from evaluation to adoption. You’ll configure tools, document processes, and train end users while keeping initiatives aligned across vendor relationships.

You’ll work closely with department leaders to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure ongoing value from AI capabilities in a growing mortgage tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product analysis or coordination with exposure to vendor tools.
• Hands-on experience configuring or building within AI tools.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand, configure, and build within AI products the company licenses.
• Manage AI initiatives from evaluation through adoption and training.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and define success criteria.
• Develop thorough documentation and governance for the AI portfolio.
