Qualifications

• At least 12 months of mortgage or related customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and apply strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with customers and business partners by phone and email.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborate team enviornment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage investor and agency requirements related to origination to establish new programs, maintain existing programs, and ensure compliance.
• Manage the application and onboarding process for new investor partners.
• Establish and maintain mortgage investor programs, including reviewing program guidelines and communicating directly with housing agencies and investors.
• Research and respond to questions from Branch and Corporate teams, including underwriting scenarios and investor product inquiries.
• Create and maintain investor matrices that serve as quick-reference program guides and sales tools.
• Create and maintain mortgage products and mortgage insurance plans within the loan origination and pricing systems.
• Monitor investor, agency, and housing program updates and revise internal product guidelines as needed.
• Support Branch and Corporate processes to help ensure accuracy and compliance throughout origination, processing, pricing, underwriting, closing, servicing, and delivery.
