Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product, and technical teams for US Mortgage Secondary Marketing initiatives. The role focuses on translating BRDs for implementation, resolving defects, and aligning processes across LOS and pricing engines.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in residential mortgage products and strong communication skills, with a track record in banking technology and pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience within a US banking organization.
• Experience in residential mortgage product pricing, technology, origination or servicing.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for implementation by developers.
• Resolve product and pricing engine defects.
• Align and improve processes with LOS, PPE, and pricing/products.
• Engage in system/vendor discussions for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths integration.
• Act as SME between pricing, product and pricing standards policy.
