As a Product Manager you will own one or more products, define strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that create business value while aligning with Union Home Mortgage's objectives. You will work with Product Owners, Design, Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

3–6 years of Product Management experience delivering technology products in an agile environment.
Mortgage industry experience with a strong understanding of origination, underwriting, servicing, or related business functions.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and execute roadmaps.
Experience partnering with Engineering, UX/Product Design, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products or product domains.
Align product investments with organizational priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Partner with business stakeholders, customers, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
Validate product ideas using research, analytics, customer feedback, and business data.
Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and strategic alignment.
