Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or mortgage technology.
• 3+ years of direct experience in mortgage, banking, or insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and maintain technology product roadmap.
• Act as liaison between business units and IT/engineering teams.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to elicit clear product requirements.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize enhancement requests.
