You will leverage mortgage industry experience, manage multi-channel inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and strive for first-call resolutions while maintaining SLA standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing, funding, document drawing, shipping or post-closing.
• Experience using desktop loan origination software applications.
• Proven ability to multi-task and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in using ICE Mortgage Technology software Solutions.
• Resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal assistance.
• Maintain SLA attainment and ensure first-call resolution where possible.
• Document client interactions in the CRM system.
• Manage inbound inquiries across multiple channels.
