Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Manager, Mortgage Advisor to lead the Mortgage Advisor sales team in achieving targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of integrity. You will partner with the Director of Sales to drive sales, optimize operations, and coach performance across a call-center oriented environment.

You will hold active NMLS and state licenses, guide training, and set the bar for professional conduct, teamwork, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• 2+ years leading a mortgage team in a call center.
• Active NMLS registration and eligible for licensing across states.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, inspires and motivates Mortgage Advisors on their team.
• Develops and maintains internal customer relationships with enabling partners.
• Maintains accurate records of sales and activity reports.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
• Sets standards for integrity, organizational skills, and selling ability.
• Delegates appropriately with accountability and follow-up.
• Holds active NMLS and state licenses as required.
