Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Manager, Mortgage Advisor to lead the Lendage Mortgage Advisor sales agents, drive performance, meet sales goals, and ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency across the team.

You will partner with the Director of Sales to improve sales, deliver coaching and training, monitor activity and underwriting guidelines, and uphold the company’s Lead Forward leadership model. This role requires active NMLS licensing and a focus on client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• 2+ years actively leading a mortgage team in a call center.
• Active NMLS registration.
• Strong client-focused communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze underwriting guidelines and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and motivates Mortgage Advisors to meet KPIs, goals and standards.
• Develops and maintains internal customer relationships with enabling partners.
• Maintains records of sales activities and performance metrics for the team.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and ethics codes.
• Sets professional standards in integrity, organization and selling skills.
