Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer users' inquiries via telephone and email regarding system problems; diagnose hardware/software issues and guide users.
• Serve as liaison between users and IT; maintain ongoing communications and updates.
• Interface with end users, management and IT to resolve desktop problems and mortgage systems issues.
• Triage incoming calls and determine appropriate actions and escalations to senior staff as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues using available resources and knowledge of system operation; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain records, tickets and defect reports; follow policies for reporting.
