Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to obtain payment commitments.
• Analyze customer situation to present forbearance or repayment options.
• Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors and insurers.
• Review and respond to requests for foreclosure or modification actions.
• Maintain records of collection activities in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
