Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Systems Administration Coordinator 2 to manage provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software within the Mortgage Administration unit.

The role supports system upgrades, deployments and workflow procedures while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines. The position involves responding to user issues via an internal ticketing system, maintaining procedures, monitoring daily operations,

Responsibilities

• Researches, maintains and responds to an internal ticketing system for user issues.
• Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures.
• Performs daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
• Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Participates in system implementation.
• Creates, changes and deletes user accounts per request.
• Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures.
• Researches and recommends innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identifies approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
