City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist II to review condo project documentation and determine eligibility for FHA, VA, and Conventional financing. The role involves ensuring files are complete and ready for underwriting, while coordinating with loan officers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing documents, assessing regulatory and lender requirements, and initiating third-party orders to support accurate decisions and timely processing.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/office clerk experience.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze condo project documents.
• Assess condo projects against lender and agency requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
• Obtain project approvals for condo and co-op projects.
• Coordinate with loan officers and internal teams for information or clarification.
• Ensure timely processing and adherence to SLAs.
• Handle conditions/documents and initiate third-party orders.
