Job summary

FHA Review is seeking an experienced Condo Project Analyst in Huntington Beach, CA. You will review condominium documentation, prepare FHA and VA approval submissions, and evaluate projects for conventional financing eligibility under Fannie Mae guidelines.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with remote work available the rest of the week. Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of condo project review or FHA condo experience (within past 5 years preferred).
• Knowledge of HOA financial statements, budgets, reserve studies, insurance, CC&Rs, bylaws, recorded documents.
• Experience reviewing FHA, VA, and/or conventional financing eligibility.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commute to Huntington Beach for in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Review condo project documentation for FHA/VA approvals.
• Prepare FHA/VA submission packages and recertifications.
• Communicate with HOA management, boards, insurers, attorneys, reserve analysts, and lenders.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records throughout the approval process.
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy prior to agency submission.
• Assess project eligibility under Fannie Mae requirements and conduct Full/Limited reviews.
• Maintain detailed project notes within internal tracking systems and share findings with clients.
