Job summary

FHA Review, a Huntington Beach-based condo approval firm, seeks an experienced Condo Project Analyst to review documents, prepare FHA/VA submissions, and assess conventional financing eligibility under Fannie Mae guidelines.

The role is hybrid with in-office days on Mondays to Wednesdays and remote work on the rest of the week. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with clients, and drive submissions to final approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of condo project review or FHA condo approval experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HOA documents, budgets, and reserve studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review condo project documentation for FHA/VA compliance and conventional eligibility.
• Prepare FHA/VA approval submissions and recertifications; assemble submission packages.
• Communicate with HOA managers, boards, attorneys, and lenders to obtain required documents.
• Maintain detailed project notes and track progress through approval processes.
