• Be the Go-To Expert by educating customers on loan programs and underwriting guidelines while ensuring compliance.
• Deliver White-Glove Service through personalized consultations in-office or at convenient locations for a seamless borrowing experience.
• Maximize Cross-Selling Opportunities by referring clients to other banking services including deposits, business banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Own the Loan Process by coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely funding.
