Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales/consultative background.
• Ability to listen to client needs, build trust, and proactively engage clients.
• Professional communication, in person and by phone, with strong written skills.
• Analytical ability to assess financial data and explain policies and guidelines.
• Strong customer service throughout the end-to-end client experience.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking products.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through the bank's full capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and tailor borrowing solutions accordingly.
• Present home lending options, process mortgage applications, and gather documentation.
• Maintain ongoing client communication via calls, email, and messaging throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
