• Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities.
• Analyzes financial needs and recommends suitable lending and banking solutions.
• Presents home lending solutions, submits mortgage applications, assists with documentation, and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management and conducts follow-up to meet client needs.
• Responds to client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with leaders to coach associates on delivering an exceptional client experience.
