Job summary

This role requires a minimum 2 years of mortgage origination or related consultative sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to analyze financial data while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent in consultative sales and tailoring financial solutions.
• Proactive client engagement and ability to build trust and deepen relationships.
• Professional, confident communication in person and over the phone.
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product pricing and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills and end-to-end client experience management.
• Commitment to ethics and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service guiding clients through borrowing and banking offerings at every life stage.
• Build and deepen client relationships leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs to recommend suitable financial services.
• Present home lending product solutions and assist with mortgage applications.
• Maintain ongoing client outreach and follow-up to meet needs and referrals.
• Collaborate with leaders to coach associates on delivering exceptional client experiences.
