You will engage clients in person and over the phone, present mortgage options, gather documentation, and support the loan process from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent experience with a proven sales and financial solutions track record.
• Ability to listen actively, interact with clients professionally, and gather required information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Ability to learn technology and comply with regulatory due diligence and policies.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service offering guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking.
