Job summary

Jet Home Loans, part of the Dream Finders Homes family, is hiring a Shipping & Suspense Coordinator to prepare loan data and documents for investor delivery. You will manage a queue of files, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and resolving delivery issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have mortgage origination knowledge, ULDD and UCD familiarity, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) – Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Closing Dataset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Computer and technology savvy (Microsoft Office products).
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass operating system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and documents for delivery to investors.
• Work from a queue or pipeline, prioritizing files to meet investor requirements.
• Maintain timely follow-up to rectify delivery issues and investor suspended loans.
