The role supports the Transaction Management department through reporting, documentation management, process execution, and administrative support to ensure compliant servicing transfer operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mortgage servicing, project work, or data validation experience.
• Ability to organize and maintain electronic files and documentation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas & pivot tables) plus Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Track key milestones and deadlines associated with compliance requirements.
• Organize data for all phases of acquisition life cycle, reconciling data items and flagging delays or risk.
• Provide testing support to senior management, analysts, and technology to onboard loan data with no downstream impacts.
• Communicate details of upcoming servicing transfers with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships focusing on conflict resolution and regulatory impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in the acquisition process through data analysis.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve trailing matters throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
