Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Foreclosure project associate to support the Foreclosure process. You will handle invoice approvals, prepare figures using Excel templates, and conduct research while coordinating with attorneys and internal departments on loan status.

The role emphasizes a business casual environment, one-on-one training, and a flexible schedule between 7am and 6pm, Monday–Friday, with a team-centered workplace to learn and assist peers in the foreclosure workflow.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing experience.
• Experience performing detailed, quality-focused work.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete ancillary duties to support the Foreclosure process.
• Approve invoices and create figures/amounts using Excel templates.
• Conduct general research and process Foreclosure tasks.
• Communicate with attorneys and internal departments regarding loan status.
