Responsibilities

• Oversee management and execution of Investor Claims, Property Inspection and Preservation, and Successor in Interest processes while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Plan, assign and evaluate staff work, provide coaching, set schedules and goals, monitor volume and quality, manage performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements including GSE investor guidelines and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations.
• Update department policies and review opportunities for process improvement.
