Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in consumer or residential mortgage loan servicing or default loan management.
• Requires 1+ year experience using the ICE/MSP servicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Investor Claims, Property Inspection and Preservation, and Successor in Interest processes, ensuring compliance and quality outcomes.
• Plan, assign and evaluate staff work, set goals, monitor volume and quality, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to GSE investor guidelines and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations across workflow.
• Review and improve department policies and procedures for efficiency.
