The role focuses on supervising daily activities, establishing procedures, monitoring performance, and guiding staff to ensure efficient operations under GSE and CFPB guidelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years consumer or residential mortgage loan servicing or default loan management.
• 1+ years working in the ICE/MSP servicing platform.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Investor Claims, Property Inspection and Preservation, and Successor in Interest processes while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Plan, assign and evaluate staff work; manage performance and coaching; monitor volume and quality.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements including GSE guidelines and CFPB regulations.
• Review and improve department policies and procedures and identify process improvements.
