JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida seeks an Account Specialist IV - Mortgage to support home lending life events and customer outcomes. You will contribute to process improvements and growth within a collaborative team.

You will handle servicing transactions, loss mitigation discussions, and coordination with underwriting and other partners to help customers stay in or resolve their mortgages. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and TILA.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to listen actively and provide effective solutions under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and approved third parties during the life event process.
• Respond to inquiries regarding mortgage servicing transactions and resolve delinquency via calls.
• Explain loss mitigation options and document requirements to customers.
• Ensure documents are complete and accurate for processing and decisions.
• Communicate underwriting decisions and next steps to customers and monitor progress.
• Maintain close communication with internal partners across Underwriting, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and other teams.
