Job summary

Gulf Winds is seeking a mortgage loan servicing professional in Pensacola, FL to manage payments, reconciliations, and documentation. You will handle payoff statements, satisfactions, and maintain mortgage files while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Mortgage loan servicing experience required (2-3 years).
• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or specialized course is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily mortgage loan servicing tasks, including payments, payoffs, disbursements, reconciliations and document management.
• Handle omnichannel call and chat with same-day resolution standards.
• Assist members with mortgage servicing questions, payoff requests and satisfactions; manage vendor administration.
• Coordinate with collections and risk departments on delinquent mortgage accounts; manage tax payments and escrow analyses.
• Prepare remittances and reports to investors; reconcile accounts and invoices (1098s, PMI disclosures).
• Support cross-functional teams and implement improved processes and procedures.
