Job summary

Utah Housing Corporation seeks a full-time Special Loans Analyst I in West Valley City, UT. The role supports the Mortgage Servicing Department, handling loan maintenance, investor servicing, and customer communications, including in-person inquiries.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in customer service or mortgage servicing, with strong communication and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of customer service, mortgage servicing, or call center experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update borrower and investor information and process transfers and balance adjustments.
• Maintain loan records following assumptions and modifications.
• Complete servicing activities including MERS updates, NetDeposit, reconveyances, GNMA repurchases, and related programs.
• Assist borrowers via phone, email, and in-person; accept payments and route requests.
• Provide backup for loan boarding audits and assist with research and SOP maintenance.
