• Serve as primary contact for mortgage and consumer loan servicing, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve complex customer issues accurately and timely, coordinating with internal departments and external partners as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and accuracy through process improvements.
• Process payments, reconcile accounts, and provide allocations.
