Kennebec Savings Bank is seeking a Residential Mortgage/Loan Processor in Augusta, ME. You will manage loan applications, ensure accuracy of closing packages, and coordinate with brokers and officers to support timely closings.

Responsibilities include document preparation, disbursement generation, and ongoing file maintenance while delivering professional service to customers and partners.

Formación

• High school graduate.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in mortgage or loan processing/servicing.
• Computer literate with experience in word processing and spreadsheet apps; experience with loan processing systems desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process completed loan applications according to established procedures.
• Prioritize among a pipeline of loans to ensure timely closing.
• Prepare closing documentation and generate loan disbursements via teller software and general ledger tickets.
• Maintain loan account records and assist in reporting.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to lenders and borrowers.
