Columbia Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing professional to manage ongoing customer service, billing, escrow, and investor reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA, RD and Columbia Bank portfolios. The role requires handling high volumes and meeting deadlines while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities include payoff processing, new loan boarding, and escrow analysis, with an emphasis on compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation E.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 2–4 years in banking, loan servicing or equivalent.
• Demonstrated advanced math, analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and loan servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle mortgage loan servicing tasks including payoff processing, billing, escrow, and investor reporting.
• Perform servicing tasks with a high degree of customer service and accuracy.
• Assist with reconveyances, payments, and error resolutions; participate in service transfers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and bank policies; support continuous improvement.
