Columbia Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to manage ongoing customer service, payoff processing, escrow tasks, and investor reporting. You will work with FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA, RD loans and Columbia Bank portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in banking or loan servicing, strong math and problem solving, and proficiency with Word/Excel and loan systems. The role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR with competitive benefits.

Formación

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 2-4 years in banking, loan servicing or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mortgage loans, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Strong math, analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and loan servicing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle mortgage loan servicing tasks with high customer service, including payoff processing, new loan boarding, billing, reconveyances, payments and error resolutions.
• Perform servicing and support activities such as ARM/BALLOON notices, re-amortizations, SCRA tracking.
• Execute servicing transfers, repurchase actions, and investor-required tasks.
• Manage escrow servicing: annual analysis, tax/insurance payments, PMI, flood monitoring and forced placed insurance.
• Assist with escalated issues and complex investigations as needed.
