Range Bank is seeking a clerical support specialist to assist mortgage, installment and commercial lending. The role involves scanning loan files, managing homeowners and flood insurance, processing paid loans and mortgage discharges, and handling escrow/tax tasks.

You will also set up ACH, monitor reports, and ensure policy compliance. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and customer service skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with current technology including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Scan loan files
• Manage homeowners insurance
• Manage Flood Insurance
• Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges
• Manage Real Estate Tax for escrow and non-escrow loans
• Prepare annual escrow analysis
• Track final title policies
• Provide loan processing support as necessary
• Set up ACH
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Adheres to Range Bank Policies & Procedures
• Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
