Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA GNMA and conventional guidelines.
• Understanding of Loan Servicing Standards (RESPA, TILA, etc.).
• Proven ability to identify defects, trends and control weaknesses and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of mortgage servicing activities across performing and default portfolios.
• Identify defects, exceptions and risks; document findings and recommendations.
• Prepare quality control reports and assist remediation tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, GNMA and conventional servicing requirements.
• Support corrective action efforts to improve servicing quality and compliance.
