Our client, an Investment firm in Dallas, TX specializing in purchasing residential mortgages within the whole loan secondary market, is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to support their portfolio of residential loans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring compliance and quality assurance reviews of third-party servicing partners across core mortgage servicing functions.
• Document audit findings, track remediation efforts, and maintain detailed reporting records.
• Identify operational and regulatory risks, recommend control improvements, and elevate issues as needed.
• Support regulatory change management and prepare periodic management reporting packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in residential mortgage servicing, with exposure to compliance, audit, or quality assurance functions.
• Experience with MSR (Mortgage Servicing Rights) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
