Job summary

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing & Processing Specialist in Minnesota. You will deliver the ultimate customer experience by handling Freddie Mac loan reporting, escrow analysis, and loan processing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

The role supports processing and closing loans for the secondary market, renewals, HELOC extensions, and maintenance of insurance and tax records. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, and PTO; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer and mathematical skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience beneficial but not required.
• Loan processing experience beneficial but not required.
• Banking experience beneficial but not required.
• Experience with legal docs beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily accurate reporting of Freddie Mac loans including payments, payoffs and new loans.
• Complete Freddie Mac monthly account reconciliation and monthly delinquency reporting.
• Prepare for and verify the escrow analysis process for all loans and provide documents to client monthly.
• Disburse payments from escrow accounts for taxes, insurance and PMI.
• Provide monthly private mortgage insurance reporting.
• Track all residential and commercial escrowed insurance policies.
• Scan and index documents into Synergy.
• Annually verify taxes on all properties are current.
• Assist the loan processing team with processing and closing loans for the secondary market, in-house portfolio loans and HELOCs.
