Job summary

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing & Processing Specialist to deliver the Ultimate Experience by maintaining accurate reporting and strong attention to detail. You will handle Freddie Mac loan reporting, escrow analysis, tax and insurance tracking, and support processing and closing loans for the bank's portfolio and HELOCs, working in Minnesota with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidate will have strong computer and mathematical skills, plus excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer and mathematical skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience beneficial but not required.
• Loan processing experience beneficial but not required.
• Banking experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily accurate reporting of Freddie Mac loans including payments, payoffs and new loans.
• Complete Freddie Mac monthly account reconciliation and monthly delinquency reporting.
• Prepares for and verifies the escrow analysis process for all loans and provides necessary documents to client monthly.
• Disburses payments from escrow accounts, in a timely matter, including homeowner's insurance, flood insurance, property taxes, and PMI.
• Provide monthly private mortgage insurance reporting.
• Responsible for tracking all residential homeowners' insurance (escrowed and non-escrowed) and tracking commercial escrowed policies.
• Scan and index documents into Synergy.
• Annually verify taxes on all properties are current.
• Assist the loan processing team with processing and closing loans for the sale into the secondary market, in-house portfolio loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) for the bank's portfolio.
• Assist the loan processing team with consumer real estate mortgage renewals and HELOC extensions.
