Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the mortgage servicing team.
Oversee mortgage closing, post-closing, loan boarding, and ongoing servicing.
Ensure loans are funded, boarded, maintained, and serviced in compliance with policy and investor requirements.
Promote process improvements and cross-training to enhance efficiency.
Monitor performance, quality, and turnaround times; implement policy updates.
Collaborate with Lending, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Secondary Market, and Loan Administration.
