You will handle posting accuracy, system-based reconciliations, and responsive member service, contributing to timely financial operations and regulatory compliance in a growing mortgage servicing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage servicing or loan accounting operations.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and research discrepancies.
• Familiarity with servicing systems like Symitar or FICS.

Responsibilities

• Track, apply, and verify loan payments for accurate posting.
• Reconcile loan accounts, escrow balances, and GL entries.
• Process SBA loan payments and ensure proper GL posting.
• Prepare monthly servicing and accounting reports.
• Research discrepancies and assist with reconciliations.
• Handle escrow overages, refunds, and mortgage payments.
• Prepare lien releases for paid-off loans.
• Set up new loan files and maintain records.
• Answer servicing calls and servicing-related emails professionally.
