Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail and post mortgage and home equity payments daily.
• Field routine mortgage servicing inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Handle inbound calls and service requests within SLAs.
• Review and process mortgage servicing correspondence and documents.
• Generate and update routine mortgage servicing reports.
• Support branch staff and internal teams with mortgage questions.
• Coordinate with escrow administration and internal teams as needed.
