Click n' Close, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Addison, TX. You will handle inbound and outbound calls on mortgage questions, document interactions, and assist borrowers with payments, disputes, and resolutions while following CFPB guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in Mortgage Servicing customer service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; background check is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a Mortgage Servicing customer service call center.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to respond within CFPB guidelines and timelines.
• Must pass background check.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage questions and payoffs.
• Document interactions in the Mortgage Servicing system.
• Assist with website payments, access issues, and password resets.
• Advise borrowers on delinquency retention options.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
• Work to resolve inquiries within CFPB guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
