Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support while minimizing risk and exposure.
• Offer timely, high-quality legal counsel on servicing documentation and compliance.
• Research federal/state mortgage servicing laws and investor requirements.
• Review and maintain mortgage servicing documents and forms for accuracy.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on processes.
• Collaborate with operations, product, technology, and compliance teams.
• Address servicing questions with clients' legal/compliance contacts.
