Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in consumer or mortgage operations, collections, default servicing, compliance, quality, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing/default.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Familiarity with AllRegs or other compliance related products.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan, installment loan concepts and audit applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with directives from regulators, investors, and insurers for Mortgage Performing and Default Servicing.
• Coordinate training and procedural updates in response to industry directives.
• Participate in reviews, audits and responses with Compliance, Legal and investors.
• Provide leadership in developing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve processes.
• Monitor compliance issues and close gaps with updated procedures and training.
• Support investor relationships with timely responses and interaction.
