Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage servicing/default operations or quality assurance preferred.
• Familiarity with AllRegs or similar compliance products.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan servicing requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with all management levels and investors.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Positive business presence and sound judgment when interfacing with stakeholders.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with directives from regulators, investors, and insurers for servicing groups.
• Coordinate training and communicate procedural changes in response to directives.
• Participate in reviews, audits, and audit responses for mortgage servicing operations.
• Collaborate with leaders, Compliance, and Legal to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead responses to auditor questionnaires and manage audit files for investors.
