Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong project management and communication skills expected.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint at basic to intermediate levels.
• Knowledge of GSE investor servicing and reporting preferred; Fiserv Premier knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt and boarding of funded mortgage loans.
• Handle daily incoming/outgoing department mail and distribution.
• Prepare payoff statements and verify posting of payoff funds.
• Process force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitor insurance policies and post premium disbursements.
• Assist with tax payments, scanning, and filing taxes as needed.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance requirements, including disclosures, are met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Act as risk manager by understanding and reporting daily risk in line with policy.
