Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Loan Processor 1 - Retail Lending in Hermitage, PA to handle processing for Direct, Indirect or Small Business Lending.

You will support pre- and post-closing activities, coordinate with branches and dealers, and ensure accurate documentation and timely processing. The role requires 1 year of loan processing experience, strong communication and PC skills, and knowledge of loan products and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing.
• Excellent project management, communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and PC/software skills.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Processes all applications coming into the loan origination system from consumers and small businesses within the Bank's delivery channels via branches, direct mail, web or dealer channels.
• Analyzes, reviews, corrects and compiles credit, collateral and compliance related file documentation.
• Prepares loan applications in both pre-closing and post-closing phases; serves as branch and dealer contact.
• Orders required loan reports and reviews reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develops seamless processing partnership with credit underwriters to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors departmental electronic mailboxes for essential information.
• Maintains knowledge of current loan products, rates and processing procedures.
• Receives training to assist in other areas during peak periods or absences.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers under the risk management program.
