• Manages daily incoming and outgoing mail within the department.
• Prepares payoff statements and verifies mortgage postings and fees.
• Processes force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitors hazard insurance policies for accuracy and regulatory compliance; posts premium disbursements.
• Assists with tax payments, including sorting, filing and scanning tax bills.
• Ensures compliance with credit reporting and disclosures and IRS reporting standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports risk management initiatives.
